Dean has a wealth of experience in leading financial services and healthcare IT organizations, including advanced financial solutions, critical technologies and revenue management solutions. Prior to joining ECHO, Dean was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the payments business unit at Change Healthcare. Before joining Change Healthcare, Dean founded and served as the CEO of Revenue Management Solutions, a provider of payment and remittance services to some of the largest banks and healthcare delivery systems in the nation. With the right blend of innovation and entrepreneurship, combined with a background of growing business in large organizations, Tom plans to execute ECHO's strategic priorities and drive results.
